3 Nights / 4 Days · Private Car · Tea Gardens & Wildlife
Travellers from Surat love our 3‑night Munnar itinerary – it’s crafted to blend relaxation with adventure. From the moment we pick you up at Cochin airport or railway station, everything is taken care of. You’ll stay in handpicked hotels, explore rolling tea estates, spot wildlife at Eravikulam, and savour authentic Kerala cuisine. Whether it’s a honeymoon, family vacation, or a quick getaway with friends, this package delivers.
Your Munnar adventure begins the moment you land at Cochin International Airport or arrive at Ernakulam railway station. Our friendly representative will greet you and help you settle into a private air‑conditioned car. The drive to Munnar is a visual treat – winding roads, misty hills, and two spectacular waterfalls: Cheeyappara and Valara. We’ll also stop at a spice plantation where you can smell cardamom, pepper, and vanilla growing right beside the road. By late afternoon, you’ll check into your hotel in Munnar. The rest of the day is free to unwind with a cup of the famous Munnar tea as the sun sets over the hills.
Overnight in Munnar (included).
After a hearty breakfast, we set out to explore Munnar’s highlights. First stop: Eravikulam National Park (closed Feb–March for breeding season), home to the endangered Nilgiri tahr. The rolling grasslands and panoramic views are unforgettable. Next, we visit the scenic Mattupetty Dam – you can enjoy an optional speed boat ride or just soak in the view. Nearby, Echo Point and Kundala Lake offer postcard‑perfect backdrops. If time permits, we’ll also cover the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays) to learn about Munnar’s tea legacy, and the Blossom Park for a leisurely stroll. Your guide will suggest the best local lunch spot (at your own expense).
Overnight in Munnar.
Today you have the freedom to choose. Sleep in, or take an optional early morning trek to Anamudi Peak (subject to permissions). After breakfast, you could visit a spice plantation for a guided walk, or simply relax at the hotel and enjoy the cool mountain air. In the afternoon, we drive to a nearby village where you can interact with local tea pluckers and even try your hand at plucking tea leaves – a perfect photo opportunity. Evenings are ideal for shopping: pick up aromatic spices, tea, and handmade chocolates from local vendors.
Overnight in Munnar.
After breakfast, we check out and begin the scenic drive back to Cochin. En route, we stop for a brief tour of Fort Kochi – see the iconic Chinese fishing nets, the Dutch Palace, and the historic Jew Town. If your flight or train is in the evening, you’ll have time to shop for souvenirs at the spice market or relax at a waterfront café. We then transfer you to Cochin airport or railway station for your journey back to Surat, filled with memories of misty hills and warm Kerala hospitality.
Tour ends with a drop at Cochin airport/railway station.
