Welcome to Parrot Vacations (operating under munnartourpackages.co.in). By accessing our website, booking a tour package, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
1.2. To confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% to 50% of the total package cost is required (varies by package). The balance must be paid 15 days prior to the travel start date.
1.3. For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of travel), full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or Razorpay. All transaction fees are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation charges apply as follows (based on days prior to departure):

Note: For houseboat bookings, peak season (Dec–Jan), and special offers, cancellation policy may differ. Please check at the time of booking.
Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days after cancellation request approval. Bank/wire transfer fees are non-refundable.
3.1. Request to change travel dates, hotels, or itinerary is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.2. Amendment fee of ₹1,000 per change (plus any difference in package cost) applies.
3.3. No changes are permitted within 7 days of departure.
4.1. All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the price at the time of booking.
4.3. Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each package description. Please review them carefully before booking.
5.1. It is the traveler's responsibility to carry valid photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, driver's license) for hotel check-ins and travel.
5.2. For international tourists, valid passport and Indian visa are mandatory. We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
5.3. Travelers are advised to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. We do not provide travel insurance but can recommend providers.
5.4. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk.
6.1. Parrot Vacations acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, houseboat operators, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for:
– Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, road conditions, or government actions.
– Loss, injury, or damage to person or property due to negligence of third-party service providers.
– Theft, accidents, or health issues during the tour.
6.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the package. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, or strikes. In such events, we will try to offer alternative arrangements or travel credits as per the situation.
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, local communities, and other guests. We reserve the right to terminate the tour without refund if a traveler’s behavior is deemed disruptive, abusive, or illegal.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
