3 Nights / 4 Days · Private Car · Wildlife & Tribal Trails
Escape the Surat heat for the cool, verdant hills of Wayanad. Known for its misty valleys, spice plantations, and ancient caves, Wayanad offers a perfect mix of adventure and tranquility. We’ve designed this package with Surat travellers in mind – easy connections via Kozhikode, comfortable stays, and experiences that bring you closer to nature. Whether you’re a family seeking wildlife, a couple looking for romance, or a group of friends chasing waterfalls, our Wayanad tour from Surat delivers.
Your Wayanad adventure begins at Kozhikode (Calicut) International Airport or Railway Station. Our representative will greet you and whisk you away in a private air‑conditioned car. The 3‑hour drive to Wayanad winds through lush green landscapes and small spice villages. On arrival, check into your hotel or resort. The evening is free to relax or take a stroll through nearby tea/coffee plantations. Enjoy a welcome dinner featuring local Kerala cuisine (at your own expense).

After breakfast, we head to Pookode Lake, a pristine freshwater lake surrounded by forests. You can enjoy pedal boating or simply soak in the views. Next, we visit the 900 Kandi Glass Bridge – India’s first glass bridge, offering thrilling views of the valley below. For wildlife enthusiasts, an afternoon safari at Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary (own expense) lets you spot elephants, deer, and maybe even a tiger. End the day at Banasura Sagar Dam, one of India’s largest earthen dams, where you can enjoy boating or just watch the sunset over the hills.

Today we explore two of Wayanad’s most iconic attractions. Start with a trek to Soochipara Waterfalls (also known as Sentinel Rock Falls) – a three‑tiered waterfall where you can take a refreshing dip. Later, we visit the fascinating Edakkal Caves, known for ancient petroglyphs that date back 6,000 years. The short climb is rewarded with stunning views and a glimpse into prehistoric life. On the way back, stop at a local spice plantation to see how cardamom, pepper, and vanilla are grown – and pick up some souvenirs.

Depending on your flight/train schedule, you may have time to explore Kozhikode beach or sample the famous Kozhikode halwa and biriyani at a local eatery. We then transfer you to the airport or railway station for your journey back to Surat, carrying memories of misty mountains and warm hospitality.
Tour ends with a drop at Kozhikode airport/railway station.
